Accessibility Statement
Our standard
We build every page on this site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we test for it rather than assume it: keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus states, colour contrast that holds up, and alt text on every meaningful image. Accessibility is part of the build, not a pass we do at the end.
Known limitations
List honestly at launch — for example: a specific third-party widget (booking, maps, video) that isn’t fully keyboard-operable yet, and the workaround in place; a document added before it could be properly tagged. Update this section as issues get fixed, not only when new ones are found.
Report an issue
Found something that doesn’t work properly with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at a larger text size? Email ACCESSIBILITY EMAIL with the page and what happened. We reply within X business days, and fix what we can quickly — for anything bigger, we’ll tell you honestly where it sits on the list.
