Work we're proud to sign.
A selection of recent projects across the seven things we do. Every piece here shipped to a real client who gave written permission to show it — which is also why the gallery grows slower than the client list.
A selection, growing every month.
Nine pieces to start, each shipped for a real client — the gallery grows as more clients say yes to sharing their work.

How case studies will read.
The 2–4 flagship projects linked from the grid above get a full write-up of their own, kept lean — five blocks, 500–800 words. Numbers appear only with the client's permission; where a number can't be shared, we say what improved without inventing a figure.
Snapshot
Client (or "Sector business, US/UK" when anonymised) · what we made · services used · timeline · one hero image.
The situation
Three or four sentences on where the client started and what was costing them — in their words where possible.
What we did
The decisions that mattered and why, told plainly: what we chose, what we deliberately didn't do, what changed mid-project. Screens and process shots between paragraphs.
What happened
Results with real numbers where permitted (e.g., "enquiries up 64% in 90 days"), otherwise concrete outcomes ("the owner updates the menu herself; the old developer retainer is gone"). One client quote, attributed, with written permission: "quote" — Name, role, company.
Next step
One line and a CTA matched to the services used: "Need something like this? → Get a free proposal".
The kind of proof we won't fake.
