Our services

What we deliver on a given project is described in the proposal or statement of work (SOW) we agree with you in writing before work starts — not in the general descriptions on this site, which are illustrative. If the two ever conflict, your signed proposal or SOW wins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are fixed for 30 days from the date we send them. Projects start with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on completion, before launch or file handover. Projects billed above $15,000 are split into milestones tied to project stages. Invoices unpaid past their due date accrue interest at rate per month.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for supplying content, access and decisions on the schedule set out in the proposal, and for returning feedback within 3 business days of it being requested — that window is what keeps the published timeline honest. Feedback that lands later may move the delivery date, and we’ll flag it as soon as we see it happening, not at the deadline.

Intellectual property

Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you in full on receipt of final payment, not before. Until then, everything remains ours. We may show completed work in our own portfolio and case studies unless you tell us in writing that you’d rather we didn’t.

Third-party licences

Fonts, stock imagery, plugins and other third-party components used in your project are licensed on their own publisher’s terms, which pass through to you as-is. We’ll tell you what’s included and flag anything that needs a licence in your own name to keep using after launch.

Post-launch support

Every project includes a 30-day support window from launch, covering anything that doesn’t match the agreed scope — fixes, not new requests. It starts the day the project goes live, and exactly what it covers is set out in your proposal.

Warranties and liability

Lawyer to draft: standard warranty disclaimers and a liability cap appropriate to a services agreement.

Termination

Either side can end a project in progress. You pay for the stages of work actually completed, and we provide a documented handover of everything made to that point — files, code, access — so the work is never held hostage by the split.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of JURISDICTION — to decide with lawyer, and any dispute is handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
